How to fertilize your neighbors' crops on Farmville on Facebook?

The game tells me I can get ribbons for fertilizing my neighbors’ crops. Anyone figured out how to do that?

follow this steps :
1. Visit a neighbors farm
2. help your neighbor (Scare away Crows, Gophers, Rake Leaves, etc)
3. Farmville will randomly determine whether or not you’ll receive the bags of fertilizer.
a. If you did not receive the fertilizer, try to visit another neighbor and start help again
b. If you did receive fertilizer, you’ll notice a small White and Blue bag on the bottom left hand side of the window, in the place of the fuel tank. The bag has a small “x5″ next to it, indicating that you have 5 bags
4. Click on your neighbors crop to fertilize it. Each bag will fertilize a single ‘plot’. Once fertilized, the crop will sparkle
